Katie Armentrout is the founder of Peoplefluence and a sought-after leadership coach, speaker, and facilitator.
With 20+ years of leadership and sales experience, Katie has trained thousands of business owners, leaders, and sales professionals to improve communication, self-awareness, and teamwork.
At the peak of her career, she left the corporate world due to burnout and artificial harmony. She worked with smart, ethical people, but they didn't behave like a team.
After leaving, she read The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni and founded Peoplefluence to equip business owners and corporate leaders with these (and many other!) transformational frameworks.
Named a 2020 Change Maker by the Women’s Foodservice Forum, Katie has been featured on dozens of podcasts and also speaks to high school and college students about leadership.
She holds an MBA from UNC Chapel Hill and a BSBA from Saint Louis University. She lives in Cincinnati with her husband, three kids, and dog.
